Foremen Training Institute is situated on sprawling 35 acres campus, was setup in 1968 by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGE&T) in collaboration with State of Baden Wurttemberg, Germany.

This institute has excellent training infrastructure including labs and workshops with state-of-art trainer kits, machineries, training hardwares and softwares, seminar & Lecture halls and a well stocked library. It has excellent team of faculty members headed by a qualified and experienced Director. The Institute has been declared as “Best Specialised Training Institute” under DGET.

The Institute is located near Kanteerava Film Studio on Outer Ring Road and on the way to Peenya.
